Where can I use my match/class certificate?

*There is a section in the checkout process where you can enter the coupon code.

*Certifcates are meant to be used as a discount on placed orders.  Meaning a $50 match certificate can be used as a discount when buying a 500rd or 1,000rd product.  They are not meant to be redeemed for only that amount worth of product  

If a product is on backorder, how long does it take to come back in stock?

*This depends on many things, but usually products are back in stock within a week or two.  There is a backorder product where you can place an order which you will be the first to be taken care of when something is ready to ship.  

How long does it take to ship my order?

*We do our best to ship the next business day.  Sometimes we are able to ship same day depending on our work and pickkup schedule. We ship UPS almost daily.

How long will it take to get my order? 

*In general, anyone east of the Mississippi River will get their order within 2 days.  Within the Rocky Mountains, expect 3-4 days, and West Coast can be 5+ days.

Im not sure what weight to buy, what are my options?

*The best answer we have is to reach out to us for a more in depth conversation, or feel free to reach out to one of our team shooters for input.  In general, Librarians are our most popular product.  They work well across many platforms, especially plastic guns.  If you're running a heavy or metal framed gun, maybe the Beau Berries or Andersons would work better for you.
